A smooth transition from Shell to St1

In 2023 we announced the rebranding of our network of Shell sites to St1. In line with this decision, we are renewing the Shell Cards during spring 2025. We are also developing our services for business customers to ensure an excellent experience today and in years to come.  

Introducing the new St1 Business card

Your new St1 Business card can be used for payment in all St1 countries: Finland, Sweden and Norway. In addition, you can enjoy fuelling possibilities and on-the-road services all over Europe thanks to our cooperation with Shell. Liquid biogas? No probs. The new, versatile St1 card accepts everything moving your business forward. Including EV Charging launched soon.

Switch from Fleet Hub to St1 Business My Pages

St1 Business My Pages is a new portal to take care of your business matters. You will receive credentials to St1 Business My Pages automatically if you have used Fleet Hub during the last 6 months. Start using  St1 Business My Pages as soon as you receive your new card, as the Fleet Hub portal will cease to work during fall 2025.

Invite your drivers to St1 Business mobile app

With the St1 Business mobile app, you can fuel up quickly and securely with your phone, wherever you are. Login to St1 Business My Pages and invite your drivers to register and link their St1 Business card. The application is available for download from AppStore and Google Play store!

Your old card will stop working

Your old card expires 20.11.2025.

Start using the new St1 Business card when receiving it.

The new St1 Business card replaces your old card. Please take the new card into use immediately, your old card expires 20.11.2025., regardless of the validity period stated on the back of the old card.

Card icons

The icons vary based on the chosen card type. The icons indicate for what the card can be used.

Meaning of the card icons

EUROPE, FI, NO, SE
These icons indicate the geographic area of use, which is set for the card at the time the card is issued. If you want to expand the geographic area on your card, please contact our customer service. 

M -icon
The M -icon means that the card can be used at Shell-branded stations as well as in the entire refueling network where Shell's card can be used to pay in Europe.

Truck icon
The card is intended for payment of commercial traffic (truck, CRT) products and services.

Vehicle icon
The card is intended for payment for company drivers (Fleet) products and services.

Fakturaförändringar

Varför är det en Shell-logotyp på fakturan?  

Fakturan som redovisar de köp som är gjorda med det nya St1 Business-kortet har St1 som avsändare men det kommer att vara Shell-logotyp på fakturan till och med april 2025.

Har ni nytt bankgiro-nummer?

Ja, från och med den 1 november 2024 har vi nytt Bankgiro.

Jag har pappersfaktura, varför har jag fått flera dokument?

Alla som har pappersfakturor  kommer att få två dokument, en faktura samt en fakturasammanställning.

OBS! Betala alltid beloppet som framkommer på sammanställningen.

Jag får en elektronisk faktura eller PDF-faktura, men ser ingen fakturasammanställning?

Det stämmer, de som har elektronisk eller PDF-faktura får ingen fakturasammanställning bifogad. Den kan istället laddas ner från Mina Sidor.

Varför får jag två fakturor från St1?

Om du fortsätter att använda ditt gamla kort samt det nya kortet kommer du att få två olika fakturor. En från respektive kort.

OBS! Det gamla kortet går endast att använda till senast 7 januari 2025.

Har jag fått ett nytt kundnummer?

Med det nya St1 Business-kortet kommer du att få ett nytt kundnummer. Det nya kundnumret kommer börja med SE.

Går det att ha autogiro på fakturan?

Ja, du kan ha autogiro om så önskas. Vid eventuella frågor ber vi dig att ta kontakt med kundservice.

How will the new card benefit me as a customer?

As a customer you will get new possibilities via the new St1 Business card. For example, the new St1 Business card allows fuelling in Sweden, Norway and Finland. The international functionalities are available for cards where international purchases are allowed. To change the region, where you can use your new St1 Business card, please contact St1 customer service. In addition, you can fuel and enjoy on-the-road services all over Europe thanks to our cooperation with Shell.

Fleet manager? With St1 Business My pages, you can handle business card matters in the blink of an eye. Complete your experience by registering for the St1 Business service, which makes managing company-related matters from one platform easy. 
 
New features along the road – stay tuned! 
We are continuously improving our services. Soon you will also be able to pay for EV charging with your St1 Business card. The payment is so simple! Just tap the card at the charger and you’re done! This functionality will be introduced in 2025. Specific timetables related to EV charging will be communicated in due course. 

 

How long will my current Shell Card work?

The current Shell Card will stop working 20.11.2025.  You should start using the new St1 Business card when you receive it.

Will it be possible to EV charge with the new St1 Business card?

Paying for EV charging with St1 Business card is a new functionality, which will be introduced at a later stage. More specific timetable related to EV will be communicated later.

How can I enable Liquid Biogas (LBG) purchases for the new St1 Business card? 

As a current customer you can enable the Liquid Biogas (LBG) purchases for the new St1 Business card by contacting customer service or by contacting your sales representative.

Will the PIN codes change?

Customer with an old Shell Card will get their PIN codes replaced when they receive a new St1 Business card, which will be delivered in a separate letter. Customers who are using St1 Business My Pages can view and change the PIN code of their cards in St1 Business My Pages.

Will the card number change? 

Yes. The card number will change for all current customers when the current cards are replaced with the new St1 Business card.

Will the product codes change and are there any other changes which might affect the transactional data?

For current Shell Card customers the product codes will remain the same. If you have questions related to the product codes, please be in contact with customer service or your sales representative. 

Will it be possible to restrict products from the new St1 Business card if so wished? 

Yes, it will still be possible to amend product groups and products on the card by contacting customer service. 

DELETE QUESTION?? ONLY FOR FI: Will it  still be possible to enable e-invoices for the new St1 Business card?

Yes, it is possible to enable e-invoices for the new St1 Business card. Please note that the sender will will be updated in future invoices and that we no longer offer consumer type e-invoicing with new St1 Business card.

DELETE QUESTION?? ONLY FOR SE: Is it possible for the card invoices to be directly debited?  

Yes, the invoices can be directly debited. If your current card invoices are directly debited, the new invoices will continue to be directly debited as before. This requires no action from you.

ONLY FOR SE: I am a leasing company customer, can I continue to pay for parking with the new St1 Business card?

Yes, as a leasing company customer you can pay for parking with the new St1 Business card as before.

Where can the new St1 Business card be used?

The new St1 Business card can be used for payment in over 1200 St1- and Shell stations in Finland, Sweden and Norway. To change the region, where you can use your new St1 Business card, login to St1 Business My Pages to restrict the area or contact St1 customer service or.

In addition, you can use the St1 Business card in Europe at more than 10 000 stations which are offered by our co-operation network with Shell.
