St1 Business mobile application for business customers and the scope of the terms and conditions
These terms apply to the use of the St1 Business mobile app installed on the Customer’s device. St1 Business mobile application refers to a digital channel offered to the Customers of St1 Nordic Oy and companies belonging to the St1 group (all hereinafter referred to as the “St1”). In these terms of use, the user and customer refers to the St1's customer company and individual users operating under the customer company’s name.
St1 Business mobile application and its purpose
The St1 Business mobile application and its functionalities (all hereinafter collectively referred to as “Services”) is an application offered by St1 Nordic Oy and its group companies (hereinafter collectively referred to as St1) to their customers, which includes benefits and services related to the customer relationship. Through The Business mobile application, the Customer will receive information about benefits and offers provided by St1, for example, relating to St1’s customer programs and use the Services such as mobile fueling or electric vehicle charging provided by St1 for payment transmission and means of payment. St1 may add its own, or third-party service providers' services to the mobile application.
By logging into the application, the user agrees that St1 may send marketing, such as offers and service information, to the customer through the St1 Business mobile application.
The activation of the St1 Business application requires an agreement on the use of St1 Business cards. The customer company is registered in the St1 Business My Pages portal, where cards and cardholders are managed. Cardholders are invited to register for the St1 Business mobile application by the Fleet Manager via St1 Business My Pages portal.
All Services may not always be available for all St1 operating countries.
Service Providers
The Service is provided by St1 Nordic Oy and its group companies (hereinafter collectively referred to as St1).

Other Terms Applicable to the St1 Business mobile application for business customers
In addition to these terms, the Services are subject to the terms of use of the St1 Business My Pages portal separately accepted by the customer, the terms of the payment service products stored in the St1 Business mobile application, and the instructions provided by St1. The user of the mobile application must also take into account the other terms set by network operators, device manufacturers, and other third parties, which may be a prerequisite for using the St1 Business application and service.
Responsibility for the St1 Business application and Its Content
The service providers of the mobile application reserve the right to modify the St1 Business application and close any service for justified reasons at any time, either partially or completely. The service provider may unilaterally change or supplement these terms of use by notifying the change in the St1 Business application or by otherwise contacting the user. The change takes effect when the change has been notified in the mobile application or when the notification has been sent to the user.
The service providers are responsible for the services provided through the mobile application in accordance with the terms of the respective services. Disruptions or interruptions in network connections may affect the timeliness and visibility of information and content in the St1 Business application.
The service providers are not responsible for any damage caused by the service provided by other service providers, nor for the availability of the service provided by another service provider without interruption. St1 is not responsible in any situation for any damage caused by the use or inability to use the St1 Business application, including but not limited to indirect and consequential damages such as loss of revenue, loss of income, loss of profit, business interruption, or loss of data or information. The service providers are not responsible for the services or products contained in the links directing to other service providers' websites or other services in the mobile application, nor for the marketing or other information on them. The party marketing and advertising the product or service is responsible for the marketing and advertising carried out through the St1 Business application.
Service Development
The St1 Business application is developed based on usage history.
Information obtained from usage history can also be used for marketing targeted at customers and for targeting and developing the content of the mobile application. The customer's location information is used within the application to display the services of service providers near the customer. The use of location information can be turned on and off. Turning off location information affects the services offered in the mobile application, such as mobile refueling.
Warranties
The material, data and information contained in the Services are provided to the maximum extent permitted by law "as is" without any direct or indirect guarantees, including the guarantee of merchantability, non-infringement of intellectual property rights or suitability for any particular purpose. In the event the Services contain a link to a third-party website, such linking is only for the Customers who are the users of the mobile application, and St1 has no responsibility for the content or accuracy of the material, data, or information on such a website.
Data Protection and Customer Registers
By installing the St1 Business mobile application, the user agrees that we collect information provided by the user in the application and information about the use of the service. The purpose of data collection is to develop the service and target content, including for marketing purposes. The service providers comply with the Data Protection Act and other applicable legislation on the protection of personal data in the processing of collected data.

Information Security and Security Instructions
The user of the application agrees that after logging in, the service is available to them without a separate new login until they log out of the application. The application is logged in with a personal identifier.
The Customer agrees that once registered and logged into the Service, the Customer shall carefully store their device on which they are logged into.
Intellectual Property Rights
The intellectual property rights (including but not limited to trademarks, domain names, copyrights, and patents) associated with the Services of the St1 Business application and all the material and data they contain shall belong to St1 and its group companies and/or possible third parties.
St1 shall grant the Customer a limited right of use to the Services. The unauthorized sharing, copying, reproducing, or distributing of the Services and/or material and data they contain is strictly prohibited.
Liability for Damages
The user is obliged to compensate the service providers for any direct damages caused by the use of the service in violation of these terms or the law.
The liability of St1 is limited to the liability under mandatory legislation. St1 shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or costs resulting from the use of the Services or the inability to use the Services, including but not limited to indirect and consequential damages, losses, or costs, such as loss of income, loss of profit, business interruption or loss of data or information.
Out-of-Court Remedies
If the user considers that St1 has acted in violation of these terms of use, they should primarily contact the St1 entity they believe has violated the terms. It is advisable to make complaints in writing.
Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
In Sweden: These Terms of Use shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden excluding its choice of law rules. If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiations, the dispute shall be primarily settled in the Stockholm District Court, or on customer demand, within the judicial district of which the Customer has their domicile or permanent place of residence.
In Finland: These Terms of Use shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Finland excluding its choice of law rules. If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiations, the dispute shall be primarily settled in the Helsinki District Court, or on customer demand, within the judicial district of which the Customer has their domicile or permanent place of residence.
In Norway: These Terms of Use shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Norway excluding its choice of law rules. If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiations, the dispute shall be primarily settled in the Oslo District Court, or on customer demand, within the judicial district of which the Customer has their domicile or permanent place of residence.
